FAT BURNING FOODS (all fruit servings are a cup at a time and oil servings are 1 tablespoon at a time.)

Berries: Black, blue and acai
Lemon juice
Artichoke
Kidney beans salad with lemon, garlic and cilantro
Papaya
Zucchini
Pistachios
Millet
Asparagus
Broccoli
Avocado
Coconut
Mushroom
Bean sprout
Tomato
Radish
Cucumber and shrimp salad
Legumes for methionine: no carnitine if no legumes
Saffron
Olive oil (extra virgin)
