want a flat tummy in 2 weeks??


1.     Plank plank plank ( search videos suitable to you)
2.     Cut back on late night dinner, don’t eat post 6pm
3.     Lift weights
4.     Say no to any sugar/acholol
5.     Psyllium husk atleast 2 tbs at night with luke warm water
6.     Swallow some black peppercorns in morning with water
7.     Caraway seeds(ajawain) 1 ts before bed time.

8.     No carb day once a week

    How can working professional like us manage not to eat after 6pm, when we reach home earliest by 9pm and finish our dinner by 10pm. Please help!
