1.Fish with omega 3 such as salmon, sardines and anchovies.
2.Olive oil, avocado,nuts like pumpkin seens and sesame seeds.
3.Whole grain and wheat germ.
4.Zinc: Lamb, yogurt, spinach(boiled).
5.Sea kelp/sea weed.
6.Capsaicin in cayanne pepper and green chillies.
